the staff was helpful with directions and local tips, i asked about the best way to get to certain attractions and they gave clear instructions. the daily room cleaning was thorough, and they always asked if i needed anything extra (i appreciated that personal touch).
the noise from the nearby metro line was noticeable, especially during the early morning hours. it was a bit disruptive to my sleep schedule.
